I am passionate about deciphering and visualising complex systems to drive meaningful change through design. As a Systemic Design Analyst at Snowmelt, I bring a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, developed during my Systems Oriented Design studies at AHO, Norway, where my team was awarded the Prize for Complexity and Holistic Design.

My expertise spans exploring the intersections of technology and society, particularly focusing on the ethical implications of AI in the workplace and the dynamics of civic engagement in democratic systems. My professional experience includes working with a diverse range of clients and projects, from public services and medical organisations to sports equipment manufacturers and non-profits. This breadth of experience has honed my ability to adapt to various contexts and stakeholder needs.

My experience in managing groups and facilitating workshops with diverse participants, coupled with my multicultural background from studying and working in France, Norway, and Australia, enriches my ability to navigate and collaborate with diverse cultural profiles. This experience underscores my ability to foster collaborative environments and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Acknowledgement of Country
We meet from many places, each with its own deep histories of belonging and custodianship. In the spirit of reflexive practice, we acknowledge that the lands we occupy carry obligations we are still learning to understand. In Australia, this begins with recognising the Traditional Custodians of unceded Country and paying respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
