I’m an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant working with senior leaders and leadership teams to address complex cultural and relational challenges - including breakdowns in trust, accountability, communication, and collaboration. Many organisations invest in training, restructuring teams, or launching new programs to address cultural issues. Yet the same challenges often return: trust and respect break down, people don’t speak up about what’s bothering them, blame takes over, and people fall back into old ways of working.Real change requires more than quick fixes. It means engaging with the deeper patterns that shape leadership and culture. That kind of work asks for curiosity, connection, and courage.Based in Melbourne, I have nearly two decades of experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams through complexity, change, and growth. I work with people and organisations who want to create cultures of trust, openness, and accountability - not through short-term fixes, but by engaging with the deeper dynamics of human behaviour. With systems insight, creative coaching, and relational depth, I enable leaders to experience themselves and each other differently, cultivating organisations that are more humane, collaborative, and courageous. My practice integrates systems psychodynamics, reflective inquiry, and arts-based methods to create spaces where people can explore what sits beneath the surface, engage with what feels risky or unspoken, and experiment with new ways of leading and relating. I work across executive coaching, leadership development, culture change, and team development engagements. If this approach speaks to the challenges you’re facing, I’d welcome a conversation about your context and what might be possible.

AI brings huge potential for greater innovation and prosperity, and at the same time may cause radical instabilities in the way we organise our societies. No technological development is solely good, and becoming dependent on algorithms is bound to challenge what we think it means to be human. This was an opportunity to explore the everyday implications of AI in the workplace alongside hopes and fears.

Acknowledgement of Country
We meet from many places, each with its own deep histories of belonging and custodianship. In the spirit of reflexive practice, we acknowledge that the lands we occupy carry obligations we are still learning to understand. In Australia, this begins with recognising the Traditional Custodians of unceded Country and paying respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
